I am committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere. The following policies are intended to enhance everyone's experience as a guest and stylist.

No shows / Cancellations

  •  If you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as you are aware.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours that cannot be filled will be will charged a rebook fee of approx 50% of the original would-be service price and must be paid before you next service can be scheduled. No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the planned service cost

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late to for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing. 

Returns / Redos

Although rare sometimes miscommunications happen.

  • If you did not receive the cut or color you thought we agreed on together please email me within 5 days of your appointment to discuss and schedule a time to make changes.

  • Color will fade if it is not cared for with the products recommended during your appointment. If the recommended care is not being taken, your color cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.

Kids | Babies | Pets

  • You know I love kids! I have some too, but because of the hot and sharp tools and potential chemicals around the salon we must schedule your appointment at a time when you can come kid-free and enjoy your pampering time.

  • Nursing babies who can't be left with anyone else are always welcome, feel free to bring a friend to rock your baby in the waiting area so you can relax.

  • Non-service pets are not allowed in the salon for the safety and consideration of other clients and stylists and they cannot stay in your car in warm weather, so its best to leave them at home.
